Returns and exchange

While we strive to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rarest of rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with the unboxing video of the parcel & product defect needs to be clealr visible in the video) as soon as you receive your order with the parcel opening video, at fashionaurista@gmail.com / you can even whatsapp us on +918790575114 and we would be happy to replace the same (the replacement shall be provided / there is no option of exchanging it with another design). This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product. Any complaints received after 1 day of receiving the shipment shall not be entertained.

There is no refund policy. Exchanges will be done based on the mentioned above condition only. 

Please Note: Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.

Colors: Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
