Refund policy

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to FashionAurista
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to FashionAurista, accessible from www.fashionaurista.com 
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order if done within 1 hour of order placement, after which you are not entitled to cancel the order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: info@fashionaurista.com

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the intimation of cancellations of Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return/Exchange Policy

FashionAurista has no Return/ Exchange policy.
While we strive to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rarest of rare case. In such a case wherein you have received a Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article You will be eligible for a replacement only option by placing a request on info@fashionaurista.com within 2 days of delivery date.

In order to process the replacement request you need to share an unboxing video, which should start from opening the parcel to the end exhibiting the damage. Photos only will not be eligible for the request.

As we don’t have pickup facility so You will have to courier the product back to Us in its original packaging and we’ll bear the courier charges only upto Rs.100

 

We will not able to provide replacement products incase either of the conditions are met

  • it has been damaged by you.
  • it is altered as per specs shared by you.
  • it has been worn.
  • Minor variations (refer note below)
  • Minor color variations (refer note below)

Please Note:

  • Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
  • Color variations: Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
